Granitoid orthogneiss with a coarser homogeneous grain than the Antigorio and Sempione serizzo and slightly lighter color. Very evident foliation. Mineralogical composition: quartz, potassium feldspar in small porphyroclasts, plagioclase (An 25-30%), biotite, muscovite.
